Shipping
Domestic orders – Australia Post Express (2-3 business days)
*Excludes Darwin & Western Australia, which have longer estimated delivery times.
International orders – DHL Express (2-8 business days) and EMS Express (4-8 business days).
We can only ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers within Australia. All international packages must be signed upon delivery, so please ensure that you provide your correct daytime delivery street address, email and contact number.
All orders, after dispatch, (except Pre-Orders) should arrive between 2 – 8 business days.
Please note:
Orders are usually dispatched between 1-2 business days after an order is confirmed. During busy sale and promotional periods, we may have small delays, so we appreciate your patience. Please note, we do not fulfill orders over the weekend.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email using the email address entered at checkout. This email will provide you with a tracking number, simply click on the link provided in the email to track your order. Make sure you check your Junk Mail folder if you cannot find the email in your inbox.
If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately and we may be able to facilitate this. We process orders quickly and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make changes. Once orders have been confirmed in our system, they are unable to be cancelled.
If your order has been fulfilled address changes are not possible. If you request a change prior to fulfilment, this may be possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
Returns
We happily accept returns purchased from TWSwimwear.com in original condition, unused, unworn, unaltered, unsoiled, unstained and unwashed, with tags attached and liners intact for a store credit.
For sanitary reasons please try on the swimwear over your underwear.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. You have 14 days from the day of your delivery date to send back to us for a store credit. A tracking and shipping reference must be sent to our Returns Team. Contact our Customer Care Team for information on returns.
Items purchased on sale, a discount code or a marked down price are final sale and are not eligible for return. Sale items include items purchased with a promotional or discount code and advertised as final sale. We do not offer any exceptions to this policy.
Once your items are received and inspected by the returns team, to ensure the return meets all requirements, you will be notified of your store credit code via email. This can take up to 3 – 5 business days. Make sure you check your Junk Mail folder if you cannot find the email in your inbox.
Store credit and Gift Cards can be used at any time and do not have an expiration date.
DUTIES & TAXES
Orders within Australia are not subject to duties or taxes.
All international packages will be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authority.
Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.
TW Swimwear is not held responsible for any fees and taxes you may incur. Nor can we refund/reimburse for any duties and taxes charged by the customer’s local government. All fees of this nature are the sole responsibility of the customer/purchaser.
We are unable to offer a refund for duties or taxes.
I purchased with a discount code and was charged duties and taxes on the full retail price
We are legally required to claim the full retail value of purchases and our shipping system automatically enters this information into the customs documents.
Some countries have an easy process for applying for a refund of overpaid duties when you show proof of any discount applied to your purchase.
Please check with your local customs agency for details of any duty refund program in your region.
